Yes, you can request samples of our products, and we encourage it, especially for first-time orders. Samples are typically provided annealed unless you ask for something else. Standard sample sizes are usually 12" x 12". Special sizes and special-order materials may carry a nominal charge, which is credited back when you place your order!

We usually keep lead times to 4 to 6 weeks. Some custom or specially ordered products may take longer because they require extra fabrication steps. We’ll confirm your lead time when you place your order!

There are many types of Low-E coatings available and we stock or have access to most of them. There are different Low-E coatings for different applications that vary with building location and orientation. Upon request, we will provide a Performance calculator that will demonstrate how well a particular Low-E coating will perform on your project.

Tower has one of the largest selections of spacer & muntin bar sizes and colors in the United States. We also custom make muntin bars in practically any shape or color required.

The sight line is the area around the perimeter of an insulated unit where the spacers, sealants, and desiccant are found. This is where two or more lites of glass are hermetically sealed together. Tower’s standard sight-line dimension is 7/16” and can be made as narrow as 5/16” depending on size and other factors. Sight-lines can also be made larger at additional cost.

We inspect each unit at least four times during production. We use state-of-the-art equipment, precise cutting, and strict checks to protect quality and consistency.

Yes! We fabricate custom insulated glass units in standard, unique, and oversized sizes. We handle all shapes and sizes, including complex projects other fabricators may not take on!

Yes. Our insulating glass units meet the CBA rating established by the Insulating Glass Certification Council. You can count on that standard!
